Just provide the property address you are interested in, and we will assess it within 48 hours. We'll return with our expert opinion and advice regarding the property's potential and any possible limitations.
What you get:
A one-page assessment with bullet points on the following: Site design limitations & constraints, feedback on any ideas you have for the property and their feasibility. Planning overlays and heritage listing type. (if the property has an heritage overlay).

For just $210+gst per property review, we offer an architect's insight to assist you in making a confident purchase.

As an introductory step when commencing an architectural project, our Needs and Options package is the starting point.
