OUR PHILOSOPHY
Dean Dyson Architects is a Melbourne-based architectural practice registered with the Architects Registration Board of Victoria. We specialise in the transformation of heritage-listed and period homes - Victorian terraces, Edwardian bungalows, Federation cottages and Interwar homes - across Melbourne's inner suburbs.
Heritage work requires specific expertise. We understand the overlay conditions applied by councils including Yarra, Darebin, Merri-bek, Boroondara, Moonee Valley and Port Phillip. We know what planning officers want to see. Our track record reflects an exceptional approval rate across all our heritage planning applications.
