A good architect should be able to review your block of land and instantly confirm if it is possible to avoid town planning as it is not required for every project. Having a timeline for your project will help you plan your budget and organize your family should you need to move out during construction.

What is your signature style?

If you and your architect are aligned with the same design principles, then creating your dream home will be an easy process. It will help the design process flow and lead to an easy and friendly client and architect relationship. If your design styles are different then you are most likely going to find it hard to achieve a design that you are happy with.
