The design draws inspiration from Neapolitan culture and the result is in an interior informed by the building’s existing industrial fabric, Italianate style architecture and the classic pizza bars of Naples.
Textured concrete walls are intersected with curved brass portals, to define each dining area within the restaurant. The use of mirrors and the strategic placement of seating allows diners to connect with the restaurant on a multi-sensory level.
The bar, centrally inserted into the heart of the restaurant uses an innovative approach to divide the dining room and create a new theatrical centrepiece. Newly defined dining spaces now offer completely unique and interactive experiences within the restaurant.
The combination of curved archways, mood lighting, subtle greenery and terrazzo surfaces encourages a journey into an authentic Italian style eatery.
400 Gradi is where industrial beginnings meet a new and refined present.
